Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Triplay game (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices created by the Service Provider as a free-to-use, ad-supported service.

By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application.

License and Restrictions

The Application, including all related intellectual property rights such as trademarks, copyrights, graphics, logos, and content, remains the property of the Service Provider.

You are not permitted to:

Copy or redistribute the Application;

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application;

Translate the Application into other languages;

Create derivative works based on the Application.

Any unauthorized use of the Application is strictly prohibited.

Application Usage

The Service Provider strives to keep the Application functional, stable, and enjoyable to use. However, the Service Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any part of its services at any time without prior notice.

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

Advertising

The Application is free to use and displays third-party advertisements served via Google AdMob. Advertising is what keeps the Application free.

The content of advertisements is provided by third-party advertisers and does not represent the views of the Service Provider. The Service Provider does not control and is not responsible for the content of advertisements or for the products and services they promote.

Any interaction with an advertisement, including visiting an advertiser's website or purchasing an advertised product or service, is solely between you and the advertiser.

Information about the data processed in connection with advertising can be found in the Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application.

The Service Provider strongly recommends not rooting or jailbreaking your device, as doing so may compromise your device's security and affect the proper functioning of the Application.

Internet Connectivity

Certain features of the Application, including advertising, require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The core gameplay is available offline.

The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function properly due to lack of internet access, weak connection, or insufficient mobile data.

Mobile Charges

If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's terms may still apply. You may incur charges for mobile data usage, roaming, or other third-party fees.

By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that operate under their own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies:

The Service Provider is not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of third-party services.

Updates and Availability

The Service Provider may release updates to improve the Application, add features, or fix issues.

You agree to install updates when available to continue using the Application properly.

The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always remain compatible with all operating system versions or devices.

The Service Provider may also stop providing the Application at any time without prior notice.

Upon termination:

Your rights granted under these Terms will end;

You must stop using the Application and remove it from your device if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

While the Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and reliable functionality, they are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, device issues, or other losses arising from the use or inability to use the Application.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Effective Date

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of July 26, 2026.
