Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Triplay game (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by the Service Provider as a Free, ad-supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application itself does not collect, store, or share any personal information from users.

No registration or account creation is required to use the Application.

The Application does not request access to personal data such as contacts, messages, photos, microphone, or camera.

Game preferences (such as language, theme, and sound settings) and gameplay data (such as the ad frequency counter) are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to the Service Provider.

Player names entered during a game are used only on your device during that game session and are not transmitted anywhere.

Advertising

The Application is free to use and is supported by advertising. Ads are served by Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC.

To serve and measure ads, prevent fraud, and limit how often you see the same ad, Google may automatically collect certain data from your device, including:

  • Device advertising identifier (Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS, where permitted);
  • IP address (which may be used to infer approximate, coarse location);
  • Device information (model, operating system version, language, screen parameters);
  • Ad interaction data (views, clicks) and diagnostic information.

Depending on your region and your choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Where required by applicable law (for example, in the EEA and the UK), personalized advertising is only shown with your consent.

The Service Provider does not receive or store this data; it is processed by Google under its own policies:

You can opt out of personalized advertising or reset your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings: on Android via Settings → Privacy → Ads (delete or reset your Advertising ID); on iOS via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Apple Advertising.

When your device is offline, no ads are shown and no advertising data is collected.

Location Information

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device. As noted above, the advertising provider may infer your approximate location from your IP address.

Third-Party Access

Apart from the advertising services described above, the Application does not share any data with third parties.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace. Uninstalling the Application also deletes all locally stored game preferences.

Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 16 and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider so that appropriate actions can be taken.

Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's internet usage and help enforce this Privacy Policy by instructing children never to provide personal information without permission.

Security

The Service Provider values your privacy and is committed to protecting user information.

Since the Application does not itself collect or store personal data, there is no risk of unauthorized access to such information through the Application. Data processed by the advertising provider is protected in accordance with Google's security practices.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. Any changes will be reflected by updating this page with a new effective date.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any updates.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of July 26, 2026.
