These Terms and Conditions apply to the Sanatorium Vacation game (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices created by the Service Provider as a free-to-use service.

By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application.

License and Restrictions

The Application, including all related intellectual property rights such as trademarks, copyrights, graphics, logos, and content, remains the property of the Service Provider.

Application Usage

The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function properly due to lack of internet access, weak connection, or insufficient mobile data.

Mobile Charges

If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's terms may still apply. You may incur charges for mobile data usage, roaming, or other third-party fees.

By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges.

The Service Provider may also stop providing the Application at any time without prior notice.

Upon termination:

Your rights granted under these Terms will end;

You must stop using the Application and remove it from your device if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

While the Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and reliable functionality, they are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, device issues, or other losses arising from the use or inability to use the Application.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
